NCTE teacher qualifications + current Information Bulletin. Paper 1 (I–V) and Paper 2 (VI–VIII) have separate eligibility rows — match the official PDF.
Certificate validity
Per current bulletin, CTET qualifying certificate is valid for life — confirm against the portal Validity notice.

Paper 2 items are based on NCERT Classes VI–VIII topics; difficulty and linkages may go up to Senior Secondary. Match detailed syllabus to NCERT syllabus/textbooks.
